Try your hand at archery! As guests of our house, you have free access to the 3D archery course of the Zugspitz Arena (bow rental not included).

Excursion tips: Bavarian royal castles (Neuschwanstein is about 40 minutes by car), the Ehrenberg ruins with an adventure museum (approximately 20 minutes drive), the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck, Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens (about 1 hour away).
Depending on fitness and skill level, bikers can choose from more than 100 marked tours with a total length of 4,330 kilometers and over 100,000 meters in elevation gain. Leisure cyclists can enjoy nature while riding to Heiterwanger See at the foot of the impressively towering peaks, while extreme bikers find new athletic challenges on the freeride track at Grubigstein in Lermoos, featuring jumps and obstacles. Additionally, a recognized MTB guiding school and various rental and service stations are available. Since 2012, the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena has also been a movelo region: Ten rental stations offer e-bikes, and seven charging stations ensure fully charged batteries. With the sporty all-rounder, the Flyer S-series, even steep mountain tours to the most beautiful alpine pastures in the region can be easily managed.
In summer, the towns of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offer free guided hikes for guests with a guest card. The hiking program is diverse and varied. Our hiking guides will accompany you through our beautiful alpine world and share interesting information about the region, flora, and fauna.

Registration and timesAlpine sport climbers and mountaineers will find a wealth of rock formations, climbing gardens, and via ferratas of all grades in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. Due to its south-facing location, many trails and routes are climbable even in the early morning hours.
A heart for families: The small and varied ski areas of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, with predominantly blue and red slopes, ample practice areas for beginners, and special children's ski courses, provide plenty of options for everyone’s needs. Summer vacation made easy: the Z-Ticket offers many inclusive services and additional discounts. Without any extra entry fees, you can enjoy access to the cable cars, buses, swimming pools, and much more. A highlight is a ride to the Zugspitze.
The Z-Ticket is valid from May 21 to November 5, 2022. The ticket can be purchased for a minimum of 3 days.
At a special rate, the Aktivkarte is available from May 21 to July 3 and from August 27 to November 5, 2022, when booking at least 7 nights.
Guided hikes, via ferratas, and pure adventure await you at Bergsport Total in Ehrwald, right at the church square. Special hiking programs are offered for children. A unique highlight for adults and children aged 8 and up is the "Waterfall Adventure" tour, a moderately difficult via ferrata with active and passive abseiling, crossing obstacles, rope bridges, and gorges. Naturally, skill exercises and the Flying Fox are also included. You can find the current weekly program on the homepage.
Golfers can improve their handicap in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, where the 9-hole course of the Tiroler Zugspitz Golf between Ehrwald and Lermoos offers excellent conditions. Set against the impressive mountain panorama of the Wetterstein massif, amidst an idyllic moss landscape, generously laid-out fairways ensure that precise putts and long drives on the illuminated and heated driving range are all the easier. For beginners, there is a golf taster session with Head Pro Daniel Ortner. Equipment (clubs & range balls) is also available for a fee from the golf club.
