If you are unable to start your booked holiday or need to cancel it early, cancellation fees will apply.

The following cancellation conditions apply according to the Austrian Hotel Association:

• Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
